Unlike other agents, we don’t charge big fees either to landlords for taking a house on or to tenants applying to rent a property. We believe everyone should be treated fairly and with respect. This is also reflected in the way the properties are looked after and maintained.

For the Landlords we will give a fair rental evaluation of the property as well as, advice on presentations and any improvements needed to maximise the potential for the property. We use comprehensive reference checking on prospective tenants to maintain the quality and professionalism of our tenants. We take both photos and written inventories of the property for everyone’s protection, and pay rents by electronic transfer upon receipt of cleared funds. Properties are inspected every 8 weeks ensuring a good working relationship with the tenants and peace of mind for the landlords. Upgrading, repair and refurbishment is project managed from start to finish ensuring a fair service for both property owners and tenants.

For the Tenants we provide a professional respectful no nonsense service. Bonds are held by the government’s deposit protection scheme ensuring peace of mind on both sides. We offer only quality properties at a fair rent, and have a property workforce team which enables us to maintain them at a high standard. Fair and competitive application fees are charged to cover referencing costs and we do not ask for any hidden extras. 12 month AST contracts are offered, with no renewal fees required, and all properties have undergone safety testing and risk assessment as a matter of course.

We respect everybody on both sides. To enhance the renting experience for both the landlord and the tenant, each side is as important as the other. This in turn maintains and enhances the quality of living in Sheffield, the Greenest city in Europe.
